Want to help?  If you re interested in helping out, we are happy to have you!  We welcome enthusiastic volunteers to help make this work best for the kids!  Please see the contact us page to indicate if you or someone you know is interested.  As well, if you know any high school kids who might be interested.

PHILOSOPHY

This soccer program is aimed at allowing 5th and 6th graders in Belmont to be able to continue to have fun playing soccer in-town in the fall season playing with and amongst their peers while limiting some of the time stress on kids and families. We aim at providing more opportunity for even the busiest kids to just get out and play soccer with us on Saturdays!

HOW DOES IT WORK?
Depends a bit on how many registrants we get.  If enough kids are registered, permanent teams will be made for the spring season.  In the case of lesser numbers, kids who come each Saturday will be divided into teams and play against one or more teams each week (round robin format).
High school student-athletes will be helping to coach/facilitate which is a great opportunity for these high school kids to mentor and the middle school kids to be mentored!

DOES MY CHILD HAVE TO DO PLACEMENTS FOR THIS?
No. We have no placements/assessments/tryouts.

CAN MY CHILD PLAY BOTH TRAVEL AND THIS IN-TOWN PICKUP
SOCCER?

Yes. You will have to register for both, but certainly this is an all inclusive league and we welcome all kids who want to come out and play more soccer!  We do reiterate though, we are a separate program at this time so because it is separate, kids can play both, however do realize if you do want to register for both, we have a different registration form (on this website), fee, and we do not know the travel soccer schedules so cannot guarantee you will not have conflicts with travel soccer.
